finally, when i turned 21, i joined the chicken pox-ed group.

i was wondering why most of my friends had chicken pox when they were young and why i didn't. i thought i was immuned to it since none of my family members had it before.

in the end, i realised i wasn't born with that kind of good genes afterall ):

seen a doctor yesterday to confirm the diagnosis. seriously, who spread it to me?? i didn't even see any poxy people anywhere. sigh. i suspect i got it last week when i went to the ntu clinic to get my last hpv vaccine coz i heard it takes a week or so to develop the pox after contracting the disease..

there goes the last week of my ntu life )): such a pity it had to end this way. but the good thing out of the bad things is that i should still be able to go for exams 2 weeks later..

i really don't like the medicine prescribed ): it cost me $129 and it's so big, like a pen cap's size. i have to eat it every 4 hours and my throat is hurting like mad from swallowing it. sigh. i just hope it helps me to recover faster.

and so, i'm stuck in hall coz i can't go home since like i said, none of my family members had it before. really need to thank the boyfriend for delivering me food so i need not go out with a poxed face and body (: muacks! and also thanks to my parents who bring me food knowing that they're at risk of contracting the disease if they see me ((:

is it a blessing in disguise?
